We are Papoy and Pauline, food lovers and weekend cooks. We dedicate this blog to our friends who have been asking for recipes of our favorite dishes (at least the ones we post on Facebook). This is also Pauline's repository for her food photography images.
Cooking is an exercise in patience and creativity. So we urge you to be patient and to use your imagination when testing our recipes. As a famous chef once said: Just because I'm sharing my recipes doesn't mean you'll cook it as well as I do.
We're not saying we're the greatest cooks. But... oh okay. We are.;)
Seriously, though, just because we're sharing our recipes doesn't necessarily mean you'll get the same results. Cooking is a hit-and-miss affair. And once you've done this often enough, you'll eventually enjoy the fruits of your labor-- hopefully with a glass of wine or a bottle of beer.
